The mixture of X and oxygen is called oxyhydrogen in English, but we will use the Dutch name knalgas.

 

b.            Why do you think it is called knalgas in Dutch?

 

c.             Is there knalgas somewhere on photo 2? If it is, where?

 

d.            Is there knalgas somewhere on photo 6? If it is, where?

 

e.             Do you think knalgas is the same as water vapour? Explain your answer.
